Nexaro Gear is a global manufacturer and exporter of custom sports uniforms and apparel. We specialize in made-to-order team kits, activewear, and sportswear accessories. 

 

2. Eligibility 

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your country) and authorized to enter into contracts. 

 

3. Orders & Customization 

  • Wholesale/Custom Orders: Once confirmed, these are considered final. Because products are made specifically to your requirements (design, colors, sizes, logos), they cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of manufacturing defects. 

  • Sample Orders (non-custom): Eligible for returns and refunds under our [Return & Refund Policy]. 

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including incorrect pricing, payment issues, or suspected misuse. 

 

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Wholesale/custom order quotations are valid for a limited period as stated in the quote. 

  • Payments must be made in full before production/shipping unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs or courier delays. 

  • Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the shipping carrier. 

 

6. Returns & Refunds 

  • Custom/Wholesale Orders: Not eligible for return or refund unless defective. 

  • Sample Orders (non-custom): Eligible for return/refund under our Return Policy.

7. Intellectual Property 

All logos, designs, content, and materials on this website are the property of Nexaro Gear or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without written permission.

  • Our total liability in connection with any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
