🔄 Return & Refund Policy – Nexaro Gear

At Nexaro Gear, customer satisfaction is our priority. Because most of our products are custom-made uniforms manufactured on demand, we are only able to offer returns and refunds under specific conditions. Please read carefully before placing an order:


âś… Eligible for Return/Refund

  • Only non-customized retail orders (e.g., single pieces such as a plain shirt or cap without custom printing, embroidery, or personalization).

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.


❌ Not Eligible for Return/Refund

  • Wholesale/bulk orders (as these are manufactured to order).

  • Custom products with printing, embroidery, name/number, or special sizing.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, washing errors, or normal wear and tear.


📦 How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.

  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

  4. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds will be issued once the returned product is inspected and approved.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
